Our Sample bottles are made from glass and are 100% recyclable. The Sample Tin is made from aluminum and can be recycled but they're also designed to be repurposed as a cardholder, joint holder, night-out essentials holder, or whatever-u-want-holder.

"This is a great set to try all these really good scents! Big on variety of smells. Definitely would make a great gift for someone. My favorites are all the milks! All gourmand and lovely. The other stands are Madonna Lily, Red Dakota and Sunlit blooms. Lovely florals on me and not overpowering. The rest are a great mix of unisex scents that anyone can wear imho."

What if I don’t know what fragrance to purchase?
We offer sample packs for all our fragrance collections. You can also Try Before You Buy which means you'll get a free sample size of the same scent with every Eau De Perfume order. This allows you to try the fragrance sample size first before opening the full-size bottle. You can return the unopened fragrance up to 10 days after receiving it.
Do you test on animals?
No, we do not test on animals.
Are your products recyclable?
Wherever possible, we use product packaging that is recyclable and reusable. One of our favorite materials to use is aluminum, because it is durable through reuse and can be easily recycled at the end of its life. We also use biodegradable printed ink on packaging to ensure that all materials can be recycled. We encourage refilling product packaging, and plan to release more bulk products in the future in order to continue cutting waste.

Our shipping materials also include FSC certified, recyclable packaging.
What is the shelf life of the products?
The fragrances will last for 12 months and may adjust color if in direct sunlight or under florescent lighting. Our Pet, Hand + Body, and Laundry products will last for 12 months after opening.
Do you accept returns?
Return / Exchange Every DedCool Eau De Parfum Purchased From DedCool.com Will Include A Sample Size Of The Same Fragrance To Try At Home. Once You Receive The Order, Please Use The Sample Vial Before Opening The Full Size Product. We Can Only Accept Returns or Exchanges On Unopened Bottles Of Fragrance Within 30 Days Of Receiving Your Order. For Sanitary Reasons, We’re Unable to Offer Returns or Exchanges On: Travel Fragrances, Balm Sticks, Samples, Sample Packs, Candle, Dedtergent, Dryer Sheets or Limited Edition Products.
