Every DedCool Eau De Parfum Purchased From DedCool.com Will Include A Sample Size Of The Same Fragrance To Try At Home. Once You Receive The Order, Please Use The Sample Vial Before Opening The Full Size Product. We Can Only Accept Returns or Exchanges On Unopened Bottles Of Fragrance Within 30 Days Of Receiving Your Order. For Sanitary Reasons, We’re Unable to Offer Returns or Exchanges On: Travel Fragrances, Balm Sticks, Samples, Sample Packs, Candle, Dedtergent or Limited Edition Products. We Only Accept Returns If Products Show No Sign of Use. We Reserve The Right To Deny Returns or Exchanges If The Product Shows Signs Of Opening Or Use. There Is a $5 Restocking Fee On All Returns. Damaged Goods

Occasionally, you'll be notified that your package has arrived BUT isn't in your mailbox ~ don't worry, this happens from time to time. Please wait a couple of days & if it hasn't arrived, please email hello@dedcool.com. Once the package has left our facility, we are unable to redirect or contact mail services on your behalf. You must directly contact the postal service with tracking information given to you.

If you are unable to receive your order or have given incorrect address information to DedCool, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that DedCool incurs. Please make sure to double check and verify your address on each order you place with us. If your package has not been returned to us, we are unable to offer you a refund or free replacement.

What if I don't know what fragrance to purchase?

We offer sample packs for all our fragrance collections. We also offer a free sample size of the same scent with every Eau De Perfume order. This allows you to try the fragrance sample size first before opening the full size bottle. You can return the unopened fragrance up to 10 days after receiving it.

How big are the bottles?

Our current bottle sizes are 3 fl ounces / 90ml, 1.7 fl ounces / 50ml & 0.15 fl ounces / 4ml. All sizes are travel friendly.

Where do you make your products?

Everything is handmade in Los Angeles, CA.

Do you test on animals?

No, we do not test on animals.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our products are 100% vegan.

What is the shelf life of the products?

The fragrances will last for 12 months and may adjust color if in direct sunlight or under florescent lighting.

What is the source of the Alcohol Denat.?

The Denatured Alcohol is derived from grain.

What’s in the Fragrance category of your ingredient list in terms of ingredients category? Is it 100% natural?

We do not claim our fragrance to be 100% Natural. Our fragrances are certified Vegan, Cruelty Free & Non-Toxic. All of our fragrances are clean and all of the harmful factors in major synthetic fragrances like petroleum and carcinogens are not in our fragrances.
Where do you ship?

We currently ship to MOST international locations.

Can you help me track my international shipment?

Once our shipments leave the US we cannot track their progress. You will have to contact the shipping company directly about where your package is.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please email hello@dedcool.com for any order changes - we try to ship our orders out as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Packages typically take about 3-5 business days from when you order (in the US). You can always track it by looking at the shipping confirmation email that we send as soon as your order is shipped. If for some reason you're having trouble receiving or finding your order, please email us at hello@dedcool.com.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Yes! You can select two-day shipping or next day shipping when you check out. Please note that we try to process orders quickly, but it can still take 1 business day for normal orders.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

No – just one code per order right now!

We charge your card at the time we take your order.
