DedCool will accept a return on products purchased directly from DedCool.com within 30 days of purchase if the product shows a manufacturers defect, broke during the shipping process. Please email customer service in order to start processing your return

Returned Shipments Policy:
If you are unable to receive your order or have given the incorrect address to DedCool, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that DedCool incurs. Please make sure to double check and verify your address on each order you place with us.

We currently ship to all international locations.
Can you help me track my international shipment?
Once our shipments leave the US we cannot track their progress. You will have to contact the shipping company directly about where your package is.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any order changes - we try to ship our orders out as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Packages typically take about 3-5 business days from when you order (in the US). You can always track it by looking at the shipping confirmation email that we send as soon as your order is shipped. Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Yes! You can select Two-Day shipping or Next Day shipping when you check out. Please note that we try to process orders quickly, but it can still take 1 business day for normal orders.

We offer a 5-item sample pack that you can buy to try out each fragrance!

Our current bottle sizes are 1.7 fluid ounces / 50ml or 0.15 fluid ounces / 4ml. Both sizes are travel friendly.

What is the shelf life of the products?
The fragrances will last for 24 months and may adjust color if in direct sunlight or under florescent lighting.
