You can redeem your points at checkout. We currently offer four fixed discounts options. Each discount requires a minimum purchase.

$5 off (200 points): $35 minimum spend required

$10 off (400 points): $65 minimum spend required

$20 off (800 points): $135 minimum spend required

$30 off (1200 points): $200 minimum spend required

Your points will be reflected once your order is marked as “Fulfilled”. Please allow 1-2 business days for fulfillment.

Points cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. They also cannot be used on bundles and gift cards. Your points will expire 12 months after they were earned.

Points are non-transferable. Existing members who made a purchase on or after January 1, 2024 are eligible to have their existing points applied to their rewards history.

Points earned will be removed from your account for canceled or refunded purchases. Once your order has been processed for a cancellation or refund.

MILK was one of the first scent profiles we created as a base. As a fragrance enhancer, it was intentionally designed to be light. When we began developing our home and body lines, we realized we needed a more concentrated version of MILK to allow the scent to come through.

Get the XTRA MILK version. They will still have the stronger fragrance you’re used to.

Your subscriptions have already been updated and you’ll receive the XTRA MILK version on your next order. If you’d like to make adjustments to your subscription you can do so on your account page.

For US orders you can select two-day shipping, standard or economy shipping when you check out. Please note that all orders regardless of shipping method require 3-5 business days of pre-shipment processing time- that is in addition to the actual transit time of your package. Our office is open Monday - Friday.

International Orders
All International Orders Go Through Customs And The Process Can Take Up To Weeks. Unfortunately, We Do Not Have Standard Information On How Long This Process Can Take. Please Note That International Customers Are Responsible For Any Applicable Local Duties And/Or Taxes.

We Offer a Shipping Protection Option at Checkout That Will Insure Your Package. If You Opt Out Of Shipping Protection, We're Unable To Offer Refunds or Replacements On Any Lost or Stolen Packages Which Have Been Confirmed As To The Shipping Address. USPS MAY HAVE SCANNED IT EARLY
Occasionally, you'll be notified that your package has arrived BUT isn't in your mailbox ~ don't worry, this happens from time to time. Please wait a couple of days & if it hasn't arrived, please email hello@dedcool.com. Once the package has left our facility, we are unable to redirect or contact mail services on your behalf. You must directly contact the postal service with the tracking information given to you.

Return / Exchange
Every DedCool Eau De Parfum Purchased From DedCool.com Will Include A Sample Size Of The Same Fragrance To Try At Home. Once You Receive The Order, Please Use The Sample Vial Before Opening The Full Size Product. We Can Only Accept Returns or Exchanges On Unopened Bottles Of Fragrance Within 30 Days Of Receiving Your Order. For Sanitary Reasons, We’re Unable to Offer Returns or Exchanges On: Travel Fragrances, Balm Sticks, Samples, Sample Packs, Candle, Dedtergent, Dryer Sheets or Limited Edition Products. We Only Accept Returns If Products Show No Sign of Use. We Reserve The Right To Deny Returns or Exchanges If The Product Shows Signs Of Opening Or Use. There Is a $5 Restocking Fee On All Returns. Exchanges Will Not Be Subject To A Restocking Fee

Damaged Goods
If The Product Shows A Manufacturers Defect Or Broke During The Shipping Process. Please email Hello@Dedcool.com Within 15 Days of Receiving Your Order. Please Include Your Order Number and Photos Of The Damaged Items. We’re Happy To Replace Damaged or Broken Items. DedCool Products Purchased At Retail Locations, Please Contact The Retailer Directly For Their Return Policies And Procedures. You May Not Sell Or Resell Any Of The Products You Receive From Us.

The fragrances will last for 12 months and may adjust color if in direct sunlight or under florescent lighting. Our Pet, Hand + Body, and Laundry products will last for 12 months after opening.

Our current fragrance bottle sizes are full size: 1.7 fl ounces / 50ml, travel size: .5 fl ounces / 15ml & sample size: 0.15 fl ounces / 4ml. All sizes are travel friendly.

We strongly encourage drenching your life in our scents and we've curated a handful of bundles + sets to help you do so. Plus, all of our bundles are 15% off their normal pricing! (Discount codes do not stack with bundles since they are already discounted.)

You can also add any 3 or more full-size products to your cart and you'll automatically save 15% off (build ur own bundle!)

No, we do not test on animals.

Everything is handmade in Los Angeles, CA.

Yes, they are 100% vegan.

Wherever possible, we use product packaging that is recyclable and reusable. One of our favorite materials to use is aluminum, because it is durable through reuse and can be easily recycled at the end of its life. We also use biodegradable printed ink on packaging to ensure that all materials can be recycled. We encourage refilling product packaging, and plan to release more bulk products in the future in order to continue cutting waste.

We've partnered with Pact Collective, a non-profit program that helps recycle those hard-to-recycle items (like all your DedCool empties).

Our shipping materials also include FSC certified, recyclable packaging.
