How long does it take to ship?
For US orders you can standard or economy shipping when you check out. Please note that all orders regardless of shipping method require 5-7 business days of pre-shipment processing time- that is in addition to the actual transit time of your package. Our office is open Monday - Friday. All fragrances will ship via ground so please allow 3-8 business days for those orders to arrive after shipped.
International Orders
All International Orders Go Through Customs And The Process Can Take Up To Weeks. Unfortunately, We Do Not Have Standard Information On How Long This Process Can Take.

What if my package is lost?
We Offer a Shipping Protection Option at Checkout That Will Insure Your Package. Tracking says delivered, but it hasn't been...
USPS MAY HAVE SCANNED IT EARLY Occasionally, you'll be notified that your package has arrived BUT isn't in your mailbox ~ don't worry, this happens from time to time. Please wait a couple of days & if it hasn't arrived, please email hello@dedcool.com.
Once the package has left our facility, we are unable to redirect or contact mail services on your behalf. You must directly contact the postal service with the tracking information given to you.

Every DedCool full-size fragrance purchased from DedCool.com comes with a sample size of the same fragrance to try at home. (NOTE: Sample not included with Fragrance Duo purchases.) Once you Receive The Order, Please Use The Sample Vial Before Opening The Full Size Product.
Returns/ Exchange
We Can Only Accept Returns or Exchanges On Unopened Bottles Of Fragrance Within 30 Days Of Receiving Your Order. We do not offer exchanges selecting the wrong scent, or any other product changes once the order has been placed. For Sanitary Reasons, We’re Unable to Offer Returns or Exchanges On: Travel Fragrances, Incense, Balm Sticks, Samples, Sample Packs, Candle, Dedtergent, Dryer Sheets or Limited Edition

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we can ship all products internationally except for our full size fragrances (1.7oz). Please note that International Customers are responsible for any applicable local duties and/or taxes and your duties and taxes will be included in your shipping cost at checkout.
Order Cancellations + Address Changes
If you need to cancel your order or change your address please email us at hello@dedcool.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make those change in time but processing times vary and we cannot make any guarantee. Once the order is shipped we can not change the address or reroute a package in transit.
If an order is returned to sender there will be a reship fee of $8.

What if I don’t know what fragrance to purchase?
We offer sample packs for all our fragrance collections. We also offer a free sample size of the same scent with every Eau De Perfume order. (Not included if you purchase a full size as a part of a bundle, including the Fragrance Duo.) This allows you to try the fragrance sample size first before opening the full-size bottle. You can return the unopened fragrance up to 30 days after receiving it.

What is the shelf life of the products?
The fragrances will last for 12 months and may adjust color if in direct sunlight or under florescent lighting.
Our Pet, Hand + Body, and Laundry products will last for 12 months after opening.
How big are the bottles?
Our current fragrance bottle sizes are full size: 1.7 fl ounces / 50ml, travel size: .5 fl ounces / 15ml & sample size:1.5ml. All sizes are travel friendly.

Everything is handmade in Los Angeles, CA.

Yes, they are 100% vegan.
Are your products recyclable?
Wherever possible, we use product packaging that is recyclable and reusable. One of our favorite materials to use is aluminum, because it is durable through reuse and can be easily recycled at the end of its life. We also use biodegradable printed ink on packaging to ensure that all materials can be recycled. We encourage refilling product packaging, and plan to release more bulk products in the future in order to continue cutting waste.
We've partnered with Pact Collective, a non-profit program that helps recycle those hard-to-recycle items (like all your DedCool empties).
Our shipping materials also include FSC certified, recyclable packaging.
Xtra Milk v. Milk
What’s the difference between the MILK and XTRA MILK scents?
They both contain the same warm skin scent that feels like a hug. They both have the same exact notes (amber + bergamot + white musk). MILK has a lighter scent concentration, and XTRA MILK has a stronger scent concentration.
Why have some MILK home products been renamed to XTRA MILK?
MILK was one of the first scent profiles we created as a base. As a fragrance enhancer, it was intentionally designed to be light. When we began developing our home and body lines, we realized we needed a more concentrated version of MILK to allow the scent to come through.
What do I get if I liked the old MILK home and body products?
Get the XTRA MILK version. They will still have the stronger fragrance you’re used to.
What happens if I was subscribed to the MILK Room + Linen or Dryer Sheets?
Your subscriptions have already been updated and you’ll receive the XTRA MILK version on your next order. If you’d like to make adjustments to your subscription you can do so on your account page.

How Can I Redeem Free Product with my Cool Coins?
Follow these simple steps to redeem your free product using your DedCoins:

Make sure you're logged in to your account to access your rewards.
2. Go to the Rewards Page
3. Scroll down to the Product Redemptions Widget and choose the product you'd like to redeem using your points. (You might to refresh your page to see your item added to your cart!)

I just placed an order and do not see my points reflected in My Activity?
Your points will be reflected once your order is marked as “Fulfilled”. Please allow 1-2 business days for fulfillment.
Are there any limitations on point redemptions?
Your points will expire 12 months after they were earned.
Points are non-transferable. Existing members who made a purchase on or after January 1, 2024 are eligible to have their existing points applied to their rewards history.
Points earned will be removed from your account for canceled or refunded purchases. Once your order has been processed for a cancellation or refund.
