International Orders
All International Orders Go Through Customs And The Process Can Take Up To Weeks. Unfortunately, We Do Not Have Standard Information On How Long This Process Can Take. Please Note That International Customers Are Responsible For Any Applicable Local Duties And/Or Taxes.
Occasionally, you'll be notified that your package has arrived BUT isn't in your mailbox ~ don't worry, this happens from time to time. Please wait a couple of days & if it hasn't arrived, please email hello@dedcool.com. Once the package has left our facility, we are unable to redirect or contact mail services on your behalf. You must directly contact the postal service with the tracking information given to you.
Every DedCool full-size fragrance purchased from DedCool.com comes with a sample size of the same fragrance to try at home. (NOTE: Sample not included with Fragrance Duo purchases.) Once you Receive The Order, Please Use The Sample Vial Before Opening The Full Size Product.
Returns/ Exchange
We Can Only Accept Returns or Exchanges On Unopened Bottles Of Fragrance Within 30 Days Of Receiving Your Order. For Sanitary Reasons, We’re Unable to Offer Returns or Exchanges On: Travel Fragrances, Balm Sticks, Samples, Sample Packs, Candle, Dedtergent, Dryer Sheets or Limited Edition
Products. We Only Accept Returns If Products Show No Sign of Use. We Reserve The Right To Deny Returns or Exchanges If The Product Shows Signs Of Opening Or Use. There Is a $5 Restocking Fee On All Returns. Exchanges Will Not Be Subject To A Restocking Fee
