    I have to share

    This cologne is amazing from the musky, fragrance to the leg lasting effects. My wife opened the package and thought I bought it for her, she told me she loved the perfume I had bought her, so now have to sneak a spray or two in the morning! We both wear it and love it!

    Lived up to recommendations

    I highly recommend Spring. I’m pretty picky, but also concerned about cruelty free, so it makes it hard. Most cruelty free products smell like rubbing alcohol. Definitely not the case!

What if I don’t know what fragrance to purchase?
We offer sample packs for all our fragrance collections. You can also Try Before You Buy which means you'll get a free sample size of the same scent with every Eau De Perfume order. This allows you to try the fragrance sample size first before opening the full-size bottle. You can return the unopened fragrance up to 10 days after receiving it.
Do you test on animals?
No, we do not test on animals.
Are your products recyclable?
Wherever possible, we use product packaging that is recyclable and reusable. One of our favorite materials to use is aluminum, because it is durable through reuse and can be easily recycled at the end of its life. We also use biodegradable printed ink on packaging to ensure that all materials can be recycled. We encourage refilling product packaging, and plan to release more bulk products in the future in order to continue cutting waste.

Our shipping materials also include FSC certified, recyclable packaging.
What is the shelf life of the products?
The fragrances will last for 12 months and may adjust color if in direct sunlight or under florescent lighting. Our Pet, Hand + Body, and Laundry products will last for 12 months after opening.
Do you accept returns?
Return / Exchange Every DedCool Eau De Parfum Purchased From DedCool.com Will Include A Sample Size Of The Same Fragrance To Try At Home. Once You Receive The Order, Please Use The Sample Vial Before Opening The Full Size Product. We Can Only Accept Returns or Exchanges On Unopened Bottles Of Fragrance Within 30 Days Of Receiving Your Order. For Sanitary Reasons, We’re Unable to Offer Returns or Exchanges On: Travel Fragrances, Balm Sticks, Samples, Sample Packs, Candle, Dedtergent, Dryer Sheets or Limited Edition Products.
