Senior Social / Influencer Marketing Coordinator

DedCool is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is a self-starter, has excellent writing and organization skills, strong people skills, and has a passion for growing communities. This person will be responsible for owning all aspects of the DedCool Social, Influencer and Community tactics. They will own building social calendars from the ground up, get approval on completely prepped social posts, push posts live on time, community manage, gather social analytics, conduct outreach on influencer gifting, gather rates for influencer partnerships, track and capture influencer posts, create weekly/monthly reports for social and influencer data, join all pertinent meetings and be a strategic and tactical partner to the rest of the DedCool team on a daily basis. Who You Are You have strong experience in social media and influencer marketing. You are empathetic, confident, curious, creative, patient, and eager to learn. You are organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with an ability to juggle multiple conversations and solve problems efficiently and thoughtfully. Keen eye for details, strong organizational skills and passion for documentation and process. Proficient with Google Docs, Excel and MS Word. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and video editing skills are a plus. You always act in a professional manner and can interact with high caliber talent and their teams in order to represent the client accordingly. You have the ability to respond positively and act with a sense of urgency to challenging work and deadlines. You have a desire to learn and grow within the DedCool team. WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO: Keep things moving across all social and influencer marketing channels Social Work on building social content decks with franchises from the social strategy for the approval process. Coordinate copy and creative assets into respective social decks. Ensure all content gets approved by correct parties Carry over all content from decks to Asana tasks and assign to the correct person Ensure all posts go up at the correct time / on time. Pull weekly / monthly analytics and deliver to the team / client. Content Shoot any low lift content on iPhone for Instagram / TikTok Assist on social shoot production with the rest of the team Community Oversee community and like and comment on all tagged posts, respond to all DMs, post on relevant social posts that the brand can show up on, respond to all DMs under community management guidelines, repost influencer/consumer content, etc. Influencer / PR Build evergreen and launch outreach lists Conduct outreach to all influencers within the lists in a timely manner Gather addresses and collect them Coordinate with clients for fulfillment of gifts Track all posts, capture the posts, log and link to the influencer / editors tracking list Maintain relationships with influencers through social engagements and communications. Partner with the performance marketing team to help identify, contract and leverage social/influencer content for paid efforts/campaigns Operations Build out call agendas for your one on ones as well as weekly status calls Ensure all social stats are up to date to be presented (weekly and monthly) Track and respond to information flow, slack and emails in a timely and accurate manner Send all products to community/influencer/pr Track expenses Who We Are Looking For 3+ years experience in the professional social media space / creative space 5+ years of experience using general social media outlets Excellent organization skills, detail orientation, and time management Ability to manage complex projects from idea to execution Impeccable people skills and the ability to communicate with anyone with grace and hospitality Strong listening skills and the ability to carry a conversation without sharing too much information in regards to the company or personal relations.
